1. Open an existing Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file.

2. Install eformsign form builder.
The form builder can be downloaded here. When the installation is completed, there will be a new menu in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Add the components you need on the form.
For example, you can draw the text component for name, address, and email fields, the date component for date fields, and the check component for check fields.
4. Execute the form to check whether the components are running properly.
