There are various types of permissions that can be granted to each member in eformsign.

The types of permissions are as follows: Manage company and Manage templates.

Manage company permission

• View and edit company, group, and member information.
• Edit messages in eformsign emails and SMS notification templates.

Manage templates permission

• Access to the Manage templates menu.
• Upload, edit, deploy, and delete templates.
  • Only the template manager who uploaded a template becomes the template owner of that template.
  • A template manager may not neccessarily be the template owner of a template.
  • If a template manager is not the owner of a template, one can only view and duplicate the template.

Only the Company administrator can grant the Manage company permission, and only the Company administrator and Company managers can grant the Manage templates permission.

There are two ways you can grant Manage company and Manage templates permissions and they are as follows.

Granting Manage Company and Manage Templates Permissions: Method 1

1. Log in to eformsign.
2. Go to Manage company > Manage members in the sidebar.
3. Select a member.
4. Tick the Manage company or Manage templates check box on the right.
5. Click the Save button.

Granting Manage Company Permission: Method 2

1. Go to Manage company > Manage permissions in the sidebar.
2. Select Company manager under Permissions at the left side of the screen.
3. Click the Add a company manager button at the top right corner of the screen.
4. Select the member you want and then click the Confirm button.

Granting Manage Templates Permission: Method 2

1. Go to Manage company > Manage permissions in the sidebar.
2. Select Template manager under Permissions at the left side of the screen.
3. Click the Add a template manager button at the top right corner of the screen.
4. Select the member you want and then click the Confirm button.
