Store user data securely

AES-256 encryption

eformsign strictly follows the encryption standard for all digital documents and document related files. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is a specification for the encryption of electronic data established by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

eformsign's AES-256 implements one of the strongest block ciphers which encrypts the data before storing to the disc and descrambles when downloading the document. Also, eformsign declines any of the data archive requests if the data is not encrypted.

Secure data transfer via TLS

eformsign encrypts and transfers all the data via TLS(Transport Layer Security) so none of the user data would not be monitored and contaminated. Transport Layer Security (TLS) is a cryptographic protocol designed to provide communications security over a computer network. This secure link privately seals all of the data transfers and prevents any unauthorized accesses.
