Take a look at what eformsign has been up to this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"watermark\">[<a href=\"#watermark\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#watermark\">New] Watermark feature added<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have added the&nbsp;<strong>Watermark<\/strong>&nbsp;feature that allows you to insert watermarks into documents for security and management purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Manage watermarks<\/strong>&nbsp;menu has been added under&nbsp;<strong>Manage company<\/strong>, where you can add and manage watermarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can configure the watermark text, font, size, color, position, and opacity, as well as define the scope and timing for when watermarks appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Watermark scope<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Body<\/li><li>Attachment<\/li><li>Body + attachment<\/li><li>All pages or first page only<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Watermark timing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>View, save, or print<\/li><li>Based on document status (In progress \/ Completed \/ Voided)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also use placeholders such as name and IP address to display tracking information for document leak prevention, or apply company logos and brand marks as background watermarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Once a watermark is added and enabled, it is automatically applied to all documents according to the configured scope and timing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2705<\/strong> How to add a watermark<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Navigate to&nbsp;<strong>Manage company &gt; Manage watermarks<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click the&nbsp;<strong>Add watermark<\/strong>&nbsp;button at the top right part of the screen.<\/li><li>Configure the watermark name, watermark text, and other settings, and set when the watermark should appear.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/12\/create-watermark-en.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14031\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*Newly added watermarks are disabled by default. Enable them in the list after adding to apply them automatically to all documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2705<\/strong> <strong>How to change the watermark layer order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Navigate to\u00a0<strong>Manage company &gt; Manage watermarks<\/strong>\u00a0and enable the watermark you want to display.<\/li><li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Change layer order<\/strong>\u00a0button at the top right part of the screen.<\/li><li>Drag watermarks to reorder them, then click\u00a0<strong>Change<\/strong>\u00a0to save the changes.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>*If watermarks overlap, their order determines which one appears on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/12\/change-layout-order-en.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14032\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2705How to preview watermarks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Navigate to&nbsp;<strong>Manage company &gt; Manage watermarks<\/strong>&nbsp;and click the&nbsp;<strong>Preview watermark<\/strong>&nbsp;button at the top right.<\/li><li>The watermark preview screen will appear.<\/li><li>Select when to apply watermark to documents and click the&nbsp;<strong>Apply<\/strong>&nbsp;button to preview how the watermark will appear at that time.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/12\/preview-watermark-en.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14033\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"no-login\"><a href=\"#no-login\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#no-login\">[Enhancement] Members can review and sign documents without logging in<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, members were required to log in to view documents when they received a document request. With this improvement, members can now review and sign documents simply by clicking the document link, without logging in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature can be enabled by company managers in&nbsp;<strong>Manage company &gt; Security settings<\/strong>&nbsp;by turning on&nbsp;<strong>Allow access to document links without login<\/strong>.<br>Document activity completed without login is still fully recorded in the audit trail and activity history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, login is required when loading signatures or stamps, or when accessing the member list or contacts in the document send pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2705 How to enable document access without login for members<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Navigate to&nbsp;<strong>Manage company &gt; Security settings<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Enable the&nbsp;<strong>Allow access to document links without login<\/strong>&nbsp;option at the bottom of the screen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/12\/no-login-en.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14034\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We will continue to enhance eformsign with ongoing feature updates to provide a more secure and efficient electronic signature service.
