[New] Shared contacts and bulk add contacts<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have added the Shared contacts<\/strong> feature that allows administrators and company managers to share contacts they add with all members, as well as a bulk upload feature that allows administrators to add up to 1,000 contacts at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Contacts<\/strong> menu now has two sub-menus: My contacts<\/strong> and Shared contacts<\/strong>. Existing contacts will appear in My contacts<\/strong>, while contacts added by the administrator or company managers will appear in Shared contacts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Manage shared contacts<\/strong> menu has been added under Manage company<\/strong>. Shared contacts can only be registered by company administrators and company managers, and once added, they are automatically shared with all members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bulk add contacts<\/strong> feature allows you to upload up to 1,000 contacts at once using an Excel file. This feature is available in both Contacts > My contacts<\/strong> and Manage company > Manage shared contacts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 How to use shared contacts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to Manage company > Manage shared contacts<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Click the Add contact<\/strong> button at the top of the screen.<\/li>
  3. Enter the contact information in the pop-up window and click Register<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. Once added, the contact will be automatically shared with all members and can be viewed in Contacts > Shared contacts<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u2705<\/strong> How to bulk add contacts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to Contacts > My contacts<\/strong> or Manage company > Manage shared contacts<\/strong>.<\/li>
    2. Click the Bulk add contacts<\/strong> button at the top of the screen.<\/li>
    3. Click the [Download Excel file]<\/strong> button to download the file.<\/li>
    4. Fill in the contact details according to the form and save the file.<\/li>
    5. In the Bulk add contacts pop-up, click Upload file<\/strong> to upload the completed file.<\/li>
    6. Click the Register<\/strong> button to finish.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      We have added the Additional features settings<\/strong> menu. It allows administrators to easily manage and control various additional features for the entire company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
