Take a look at what eformsign has been up to this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"company-stamp-features\"><strong><strong><a href=\"#company-stamp-features\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#company-stamp-features\">[New] Features for Company Stamp Categories, Keyword Search, and Permission Settings<\/a><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To enhance your experience in managing company stamps, we\u2019ve introduced the following new features on the&nbsp;<strong>Manage company stamp<\/strong>&nbsp;page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"id-20250312_[\uace0\uac1d]3\uc6d4\uc5c5\ub370\uc774\ud2b8\ube14\ub85c\uadf8-CategoryCreationandRegistration\">Category Creation and Registration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>When adding a company stamp, you can select an existing category or enter a new category name to create a new category automatically.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"id-20250312_[\uace0\uac1d]3\uc6d4\uc5c5\ub370\uc774\ud2b8\ube14\ub85c\uadf8-CategoryFilteringandSearch\">Category Filtering and Search<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A new search bar has been added at the top of the&nbsp;<strong>Manage company stamp<\/strong>&nbsp;page, allowing you to filter stamps by category.<\/li><li>You can also quickly search for specific stamps by entering keywords such as category name, stamp name, and permissions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"id-20250312_[\uace0\uac1d]3\uc6d4\uc5c5\ub370\uc774\ud2b8\ube14\ub85c\uadf8-AdvancedUsagePermissionSettings\">Advanced Usage Permission Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Permissions for using company stamps can be further refined so that only users meeting certain criteria (department, ID, name, etc.) are allowed to use&nbsp;them.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"id-20250312_[\uace0\uac1d]3\uc6d4\uc5c5\ub370\uc774\ud2b8\ube14\ub85c\uadf8-\u2705HowtoCreateandAddCategories\">\u2705 How to Create and Add Categories<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Navigate to the&nbsp;<strong>Manage company &gt; Manage company stamps<\/strong>&nbsp;page<strong>.<\/strong><\/li><li>Click the&nbsp;<strong>Add company stamp<\/strong>&nbsp;button or click the&nbsp;<strong>Edit<\/strong>&nbsp;button of the desired stamp.<\/li><li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Add\/Edit company stamp<\/strong>&nbsp;pop-up, you can create a new category or select an existing one.<ul><li>If you want to use an existing category, click the input field under&nbsp;<strong>Category<\/strong>, select one from the displayed categories, and then click the&nbsp;<strong>Save<\/strong>&nbsp;button.<\/li><li>If you want to create a new category, type in a new category name in the input field. A list of existing company stamp categories will be displayed. Select your preferred category to filter stamps belonging to that category.<\/li><li><strong>Keyword Search<\/strong>: Enter keywords such as the category name, stamp name, or permissions into the search field to quickly find the stamp you need.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1298\" height=\"420\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/03\/march-update-stampfiltering_en.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13954\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"id-20250312_[\uace0\uac1d]3\uc6d4\uc5c5\ub370\uc774\ud2b8\ube14\ub85c\uadf8-\u2705HowtoSetAdvancedUsagePermissions\">\u2705 How to Set Advanced Usage Permissions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Add company stamp<\/strong>\u00a0button or the\u00a0<strong>Edit<\/strong>\u00a0button of the desired stamp.<\/li><li>In the\u00a0<strong>Add\/Edit<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>company stamp<\/strong>\u00a0pop-up, click\u00a0<strong>Advanced\u00a0<\/strong>under\u00a0<strong>Permission to use stamp<\/strong>.to display the\u00a0<strong>User conditions<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/li><li>Configure the detailed user conditions:<ul><li>Select a specific condition (ID,\u00a0Department, Name, etc.) and choose either the\u00a0<strong>Keyword is exactly<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>Keyword contains<\/strong>\u00a0options for your keyword.<\/li><li>Enter a keyword in the field below and click the\u00a0<strong>Add<\/strong>\u00a0button to add it to your conditions.<\/li><li>For example, if you choose \u201cName\u201d + \u201cKeyword is exactly\u201d and enter \u201cJohn Doe\u201d, only a member whose name is exactly \u201cJohn Doe\u201d will have permission to use that stamp.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Once you have finished setting your conditions, click the\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/03\/user-conditions.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13956\" width=\"358\" height=\"524\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"rollback\"><a href=\"#rollback\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#rollback\">[New] Template Version Rollback Feature Added<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have introduced a rollback feature that makes it easy to revert a published template to a previous version. If the most recently saved template version is higher than the deployed version, you can restore it to the previous version. Once restored, any versions higher than the restored version will be deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Example<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Published version: v.2<\/li><li>A saved version that has not yet been published: v.3<\/li><li>If you roll back, v.3 is deleted, and the template is restored to v.2.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2757 Rollback Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The most recently saved version must be v.2 or later.<\/li><li>The most recently published version must be lower than the current saved version.<\/li><li>Rollback is only available when the template is in the&nbsp;<strong>Need to publish<\/strong>&nbsp;status.<\/li><li>Rollback permissions: Template owner, members with template edit permission, adminstrator, and the most recent publisher.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When you successfully roll back, all editable values on the template settings page name, version, status, category, template publisher, etc.) revert to the previous version\u2019s values. However, items not connected to the template version remain in their most recent status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"id-20241010_[\uace0\uac1d]10\uc6d4\uc5c5\ub370\uc774\ud2b8\ube14\ub85c\uadf8-\u2705Howtoviewdocumenthistory\"><strong>\u2705<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>How to Roll Back a Template Version<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to the<strong>&nbsp;Manage templates<\/strong>&nbsp;page.<\/li><li>Click the see more icon on the template you wish to roll back, then select the&nbsp;<strong>Restore previous version<\/strong>&nbsp;option (this option is only activated for templates whose most recent saved version is v.2 or above and is in the&nbsp;<strong>Need to publish<\/strong>&nbsp;status).<\/li><li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Restore previous version<\/strong>&nbsp;pop-up, review the instructions and click the&nbsp;<strong>Restore<\/strong>&nbsp;button. The template will revert to the previous version.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1855\" height=\"644\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/03\/rollback_en.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13958\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"entry-saving\"><a href=\"#entry-saving\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#entry-saving\">[New] Addition of a Data Entry Saving Feature When Declining Documents<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have added a feature where when a recipient declines a document, any data they entered will remain saved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>If you have entered any content:&nbsp;<\/strong>annotations, notes, etc. are saved when the document is declined. Note that company stamps and signatures are not saved.<\/li><li><strong>If there is no entered content:<\/strong>&nbsp;the document is declined without saving anything, same as before.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"downloadexcel\"><a href=\"#downloadexcel\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#downloadexcel\">[Enhancement] Addition of a Reason Entry Feature When Downloading Uploaded Excel Files<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To enhance security, we have added a feature that will require users to enter a reason when downloading files uploaded via Excel in the&nbsp;<strong>Bulk send<\/strong>&nbsp;inbox and the&nbsp;<strong>Manage bulk sent documents<\/strong>&nbsp;page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The entered download reason is recorded in&nbsp;<strong>Manage company &gt; Manage activity history &gt; Download history.<\/strong><br>*Only the admin and company managers can access the&nbsp;<strong>Manage activity history<\/strong>&nbsp;page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"bulkcreate\"><strong><a href=\"#bulkcreate\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#bulkcreate\">[Enhancement] Enhancement of the Signature\/Stamp UI\/UX in Bulk Creation<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have added a feature so that when creating documents in bulk, clicking the signature icon will allow you to select your preferred method among signature\/initial\/stamp types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"forward\"><a href=\"#forward\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#forward\">[Enhancement] Change of the Terminology for sending Completed Documents from &#8220;Send&#8221; to &#8220;Forward&#8221;<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To more clearly reflect the concept of forwarding completed documents, we have added the term &#8220;Send&#8221; to &#8220;Forward&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Schedule send final copy \u2192 Schedule forward final copy<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Send final copy \u2192 Forward<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1630\" height=\"854\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/03\/forward_en.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13959\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"other\"><a href=\"#other\" data-type=\"internal\" data-id=\"#other\">[Other] Usability Improvements<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have also added other improvements to enhance usability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Improvement of the handwriting input pop-up&#8217;s UI\/UX for increased usability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Showing draft documents in the &#8220;Manage documents&#8221;. Previously, they were only displayed in the &#8220;In-progress&#8221; inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Improvement of the method for adding the contact information of the member in charge of payments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Previously, you had to enter both email and contact number in the&nbsp;<strong>Manage company &gt; Company profile &gt; Member in charge of payments<\/strong>, but now you only need to enter the email.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Limitation of the daily maximum document usage to 3,000 for monthly subscription customers to prevent service abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We will continue to enhance eformsign with ongoing feature updates to provide a more secure and efficient electronic signature service.
