And they all have the common characteristic of being participants of a document signing process and they participate by signing, approving, declining, correcting, viewing, etc. But sometimes you want some parties to view and monitor the progress of documents without participating in the document signing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is where eformsign\u2019s CC feature comes in handy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CC feature allows you to CC individuals in a document signing process so they can view the progress of documents through real-time notifications via email and SMS without actually participating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use the CC feature in both <strong>New from my file<\/strong> and <strong>New from template<\/strong> by following the instructions below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Instructions:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New from template<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Navigate to the <strong>New from template<\/strong> page and select a template you want to create and send a document to recipients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Fill out the document and click the&nbsp;<strong>Send<\/strong>&nbsp;button. The&nbsp;<strong>Send document<\/strong>&nbsp;pop-up window will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click the&nbsp;<strong>Add CC<\/strong>&nbsp;button. The&nbsp;<strong>CC<\/strong>&nbsp;pop-up window will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Add the members and groups you want to CC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Navigate to the New from my file page and upload a file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Select Add recipients at the top of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click the&nbsp;Add CC&nbsp;button. The&nbsp;CC&nbsp;pop-up window will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Add the members and groups you want to CC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
