Now you can bulk sign documents by selecting documents from the <strong>In progress<\/strong> inbox and then sign once to bulk sign them all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How to use the bulk sign feature:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;Go to the<strong> Action required<\/strong> inbox and click the bulk sign icon at the top right corner of the screen. The Bulk sign pop-up will be displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Select the document you want to bulk sign in the Bulk sign pop-up and click the OK button. Based on the document you selected, you will be directed to the <strong>Bulk sign<\/strong> page which will display the list of documents that can be bulk signed.<br>*The bulk sign feature is only available to documents created from a template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Select the documents you want to bulk sign and then click the <strong>Bulk sign<\/strong> button and click <strong>OK<\/strong> to proceed with bulk signing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Fill in and sign the document and then click the <strong>Bulk send<\/strong> button to bulk sign the documents and send them to the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/bulk-sign-GIF.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13418\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*You can only view the first of the selected documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*If you fill in a field in the document, it will be applied to all selected documents. Note that this will overwrite any fields already filled in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"My-saved-documents-inbox\"><strong><a href=\"#My-saved-documents-inbox\">[New] My saved documents inbox<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve added a feature for saving documents to the <strong>My saved documents<\/strong> inbox while creating documents via <strong>New from my file<\/strong>. Documents saved in the <strong>My saved documents<\/strong> inbox can be reused anytime and when you open a document, you can continue where you left off so that you don&#8217;t have to start from scratch again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How to save documents to My saved documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Use the <strong>New from my file<\/strong> feature to upload and design a form, select recipients, and configure options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button at the top right corner of the screen and name the document in the pop-up displayed. Then, click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button to save the document to <strong>My saved documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/my-saved-docs-1-GIF.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13420\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*When you click the <strong>Start now<\/strong> button before creating a document, eformsign will ask you whether you want to save the document to the <strong>My saved documents<\/strong> inbox. If you click <strong>Yes<\/strong>, the document will be saved.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How to use documents in My saved documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A) When you upload a form using the <strong>New from my file<\/strong> feature, on the left side, you can create a document by selecting a document from the list of recent documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B)&nbsp;Click <strong>My saved documents<\/strong> in the sidebar or click <strong>My saved documents<\/strong> in the dashboard to navigate to the <strong>My saved documents<\/strong> inbox and then select a document from the list of documents to create a document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/my-saved-docs-2-GIF.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13422\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"My-Contacts\"><strong>[<a href=\"#My-Contacts\">New] My Contacts<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve added a feature for efficiently managing non-members&#8217; contacts. When you specify a non-member before sending a document, the non-member&#8217;s contact is automatically added to <strong>Contacts<\/strong>. You can also manually add and update contacts in the <strong>Contacts<\/strong> menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, when selecting a recipient, you can click the <strong>Contacts<\/strong> icon to select a non-member or a member in your company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How to manually add a non-member to your contacts:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Click <strong>Contacts<\/strong> from the sidebar to navigate to the <strong>Contacts<\/strong> page.<\/li><li>Click the <strong>Add contact<\/strong> button on the top right corner of the screen and enter the name and contact information on the pop-up displayed. Then, click the <strong>Register<\/strong> button to finish adding the non-member.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/my-contacts-1-GIF.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13425\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How to select a non-member or member using your Contacts when selecting a recipient<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A) New from template: Click the contacts icon when selecting a recipient before sending a document to display the <strong>Contacts<\/strong> pop-up. Then, either select a non-member in the <strong>My contacts<\/strong> tab or a member in the <strong>Company contacts<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B) New from my file: Click the contacts icon when adding a recipient to display the <strong>Contacts<\/strong> pop-up. Then, either select a non-member in the<strong> My contacts<\/strong> tab or a member in the <strong>Company contacts<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/my-contact-2-GIF-2.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13447\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Document-Reminder\"><strong><a href=\"#Document-Reminder\">[New] Document Reminder<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve added a feature that allows the document creator to select a completed document in the <strong>Completed<\/strong> inbox and select and send notifications to members and groups a reminder related to the document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How to use the document reminder feature:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Navigate to the<strong> Completed<\/strong> inbox and click the <strong>Set reminder<\/strong> button for any completed documents you own that you&#8217;d like to set a reminder for.<\/li><li>On the <strong>Reminder settings<\/strong> pop-up displayed, set the reminder message, reminder date and time, and recipient, then click <strong>Save<\/strong> to set the reminder.<\/li><li>Once the reminder is set, notifications are sent by email at the set time and date. Currently, notifications are sent by email only, with SMS support coming in the future.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>*Only groups and members can be selected as recipients of reminder notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/reminder-GIF.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13431\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Creator-identification\"><strong><a href=\"#Creator-identification\">[New] Creator identification for documents created from URL<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;ve added a feature that require users to enter their information (name, email, mobile number) and verify their identity before they submit documents created from URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How to enable the document creator information and identity verification options:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Navigate to <strong>Manage templates<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Template settings<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Workflow<\/strong> and then click the <strong>Start step<\/strong> of the workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Check the <strong>Create documents from URL<\/strong> option in the <strong>Properties<\/strong> tab to the right and then check the <strong>Document creator information<\/strong> option. Then, check the options under <strong>Identity verification<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button on the top right corner of the screen to save the settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/identity-GIF.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13434\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*Now when document creators create a document from this template, they need to enter their information and verifiy their identity to create documents. As well, the document creator&#8217;s information and identify verification will be displayed in document inboxes and on the audit trail certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Fortified-security\"><strong>[<a href=\"#Fortified-security\">New] Fortified security<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To help make eformsign even more secure, we&#8217;ve added the <strong>Email notification at login<\/strong> feature which sends members a notification to their email when they log in to their account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature can be enabled by navigating to the <strong>sidebar<\/strong> &gt; <strong>the see more icon<\/strong> &gt; <strong>My profile<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Personal<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Security<\/strong>, and contains the following information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;Member name and email<br>&#8211;&nbsp;Logged in date and time<br>&#8211;&nbsp;Accessed from<br>&#8211;&nbsp;IP address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/login-notification.GIF.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13437\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>*Notifications are sent only if the member&#8217;s email is registered with the company. If the member belongs to multiple companies and has different emails registered with each company, then notifications are sent to all emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"Other\"><strong><a href=\"#Other\">[Other] Usability enhancements<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the above updates, we&#8217;ve added the following usabiilty additions and enhancements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Added the template listview mode which displays templates in a list view.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1814\" height=\"747\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/template-views.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13442\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Added a feature for delegating the company administrator role for Personal account holders.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1402\" height=\"635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/change-admin-personal.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13443\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Improved the UI of the Edit&nbsp;notification messages pop-up window<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1096\" height=\"702\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/04\/edit-notification-messages.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13445\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Added a feature for viewing, adding, deleting, and editing documents scheduled to be sent in bulk<br><\/li><li>Improved the UI, design, and help message to make it easier to use the image upload and life-sized scan features for adding stamps and company stamps.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[New] Bulk sign We&#8217;ve added the bulk sign feature that allows recipients to sign and fill in multiple documents at once.
