You have a flow of data being collected, and you can view them easily at a glance in the eformsign document inboxes. But what if you want to download the data in a nice spreadsheet format and share them with others? Is there a way?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In eformsign, you can export the data of all the documents that you sent, received, or are shared with you. The exported data is saved to a CSV file and contains the basic document information including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Document status<\/li><li>Document title<\/li><li>Document ID<\/li><li>Document number<\/li><li>Workflow step<\/li><li>Document creator<\/li><li>Created date<\/li><li>Approver<\/li><li>Approval date<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The exported data also contains all the values of the fields in the document (excluding signature, stamp, image, and attachment fields).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>How to Export Document Data in CSV<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>How to export document data in CSV:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Go to the <strong>Completed<\/strong> inbox or the <strong>Manage documents<\/strong> page (if you have document manager permission).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click the download icon at the top right corner and then tick the boxes of all the documents you want to download in CSV. Then, click the <strong>Download <\/strong>button at the top right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/01\/exporting-data-GIF-PART-A-1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12610\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Tick the<strong> CSV download<\/strong> box in the <strong>Download<\/strong> pop-up displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Select the columns you want to download under the <strong>Column<\/strong> drop-down menu. You can choose to download all or only selected ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Tick the <strong>Show all template fields<\/strong> checkbox if you want to download the values of all fields of all documents, not the basic document information such as document status, document title, and document ID. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Under<strong> Range<\/strong>, choose whether you want to download all documents by selecting <strong>All results<\/strong> or just the ones you selected by selecting <strong>Selected documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/01\/exporting-data-GIF-PART-B.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12611\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>7. The CSV file will be downloaded.
