Document management permission<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Manage documents created from a template.<\/li><li>Members and\/or groups with this permission for a template can open, void, download, and permanently remove documents created from that template.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2>Granting the document management permission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p> Only the <strong>company administrator<\/strong> can perform this action.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eformsign.com\/en\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2023\/04\/document-manager-en_1.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12771\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to\u00a0<strong>Manage company<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Manage permissions<\/strong>\u00a0in the sidebar.<\/li><li>Select\u00a0<strong>Document manager<\/strong>\u00a0under\u00a0<strong>Permissions<\/strong>\u00a0at the left side of the screen.<\/li><li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Add a document manager<\/strong>\u00a0button at the top right corner of the screen.<\/li><li>Select the member you want and then click the Confirm button.<\/li><li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Settings<\/strong>\u00a0button of the document manager you added, and filter the documents he\/she can manage by document creator and document type. For example, if you select a member named John Doe under\u00a0<strong>Document creator\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>All documents<\/strong>\u00a0under\u00a0<strong>Document type<\/strong>, then the document manager has the permission to manage all the documents created by John Doe.<\/li><li>On the right, you can select the permissions you want to give to the document manager for the filtered documents.<\/li><li>Once you are done configuring the settings, click\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Members or groups can be granted three different types of permissions for each template.
