The company administrator<\/strong> or members with the Manage company<\/strong> permission can invite co-workers and employees as members and use eformsign together. Members with permissions can also grant different types of permissions to each member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inviting Members<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Only the company administrator<\/strong> and members with the Manage<\/strong> company<\/strong> permission can perform this action.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

This page describes how to invite co-workers and employees who will be using eformsign with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • You can check the member status of the members you sent an invitation to by clicking the Invited<\/strong> tab in the Manage members<\/strong> submenu of the Manage company<\/strong> menu in the sidebar.<\/li>
  • You can still grant permissions to pending members or change their member information even before your invitation is accepted.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Invitation via Email <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to the <\/span>Manage members<\/strong> page.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Click the [Invite Members]<\/strong> button on the top right corner of the screen.<\/li>
    3. Enter the [+]<\/strong> button after entering the email address.<\/li>
    4. If you are inviting multiple members, then repeat Step 3.<\/li>
    5. Check to make sure that all the people in the invitation list are entered correctly.<\/li>
    6. Verify you are human by checking the “I’m not a robot” check box.<\/li>
    7. Click the Send<\/strong> button to send the invitations.<\/li>
    8. View the list of members you invited by clicking the Invited<\/strong> tab at the top of the screen.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Invitation via Phone Number<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Go to the <\/span>Manage members<\/strong> page.<\/span><\/li>
      2. Click the Invite Members<\/strong> button at the top right corner of the screen.<\/li>
      3. Click the SMS<\/strong> tab.<\/li>
      4. Enter the name and phone number and then click the [+]<\/strong> button.<\/li>
      5. If you are inviting multiple members, then repeat Step 4.<\/li>
      6. Check to make sure that all the people in the invitation list are entered correctly.<\/li>
      7. Verify you are human by checking the “I’m not a robot” check box.<\/li>

        Types of eformsign permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        You can grant permissions to all members according to their needs (company administrator excluded).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Manager Permissions<\/strong> <\/td>Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
        Company manager<\/td>Access to the submenus of the Manage company menu. <\/td><\/tr>
        Template manager<\/td>Upload, deploy, edit, and delete templates. <\/td><\/tr>
