Automatic Data Export to Excel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t like downloading a CSV file every time a new document is added, then this new feature is for you! Now, you can configure settings so that data entered in documents can be automatically stored in Google Spreadsheet and Office 365 Excel files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to eformsign.<\/li>
  2. Go to Connect > Analytics & Reporting in the side menu on the left.<\/li>
  3. Select the desired service and connect to your account.<\/li>
  4. Click \u201cMANAGE DATA CONNECTIONS\u201d.<\/li>
  5. Click \u201cADD DATA CONNECTION\u201d.<\/li>
  6. Set the Connection Name, Data Connection Sheet, When to Send Data, and Template options, and then click \u201cSAVE\u201d.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Our Latest Cloud Storage Integration – Box<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    We\u2019ve added \u201cbox\u201d to our list of external cloud storage that we support. In addition to Dropbox and Google Drive, you can now automatically store documents on the cloud to \u201cbox\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Login to eformsign.<\/li>
    2. Go to Connect > File Storage in the side menu on the left.<\/li>
    3. Connect your account to the desired file storage.<\/li>
    4. Set the storage path by clicking \u201cSTORAGE PATH SETTINGS\u201d.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Login to eformsign.<\/li>
      2. Go to Template Management in the side menu on the left.<\/li>
      3. Go to Template Settings by clicking the desired template.<\/li>
      4. Click the \u201cWorkflow\u201d tab on the left.<\/li>
      5. Tick the \u201cBackup in cloud storage\u201d box in the PROPERTIES tab of the \u201cComplete\u201d step.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        \u203b <\/strong>Please note that you can store documents in file storage only in the \u201cComplete\u201d step of the workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Transferring Document Ownership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        If a member no longer uses eformsign, then you may have to transfer the documents previously handled by her\/him to another member. In this case, you can take care of it by using the Transfer Documents function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Login to eformsign.<\/li>
        2. Go to Company Management > Member Management in the side menu on the left.<\/li>
        3. Click the \u201cTransfer documents\u201d button at the top right corner of the screen.<\/li>
        4. Select the member you want to transfer document ownership from.<\/li>
        5. Select the member you want to transfer document ownership to.<\/li>
        6. Click the \u201cCONFIRM\u201d button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          • Now you can use the \u201cDocument Mass Creation\u201d function even during the free trial period(limited to five documents at a time).<\/li>
